Imphal, 4 October: The Vice-Chancellor, Prof S.N.Puri, CentralAgricultural University, Imphal visited the RAWE (Rural Agricultural Work Experience) Village at Pungdongbam in Imphal East, where the final year B.Sc. (Agri) girl students of the College ofAgriculture, CAU, Imphal are posted on 4thOctober, 2012 and advised the RAWE students in presence of Dean, Dr N Iboton Singh, College of Agriculture to organize several rural based programme at Pungdongbam namely, vaccination programme of cattle, Medical Health Camp, Embroidery, Preservation of locally available fruits and vegetables as value added products etc. for the Village. RAWE girl students and farmers assured to perform those activity in Pungdongbam villages.
