The College of Agriculture (CoA), Imphal is the best college in India, producing agricultural graduates and research scholars. Formerly known as the Manipur Agricultural College, it came into being on November 1993 with issue of the Gazette notification by Govt. of Manipur of its taking over by the Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal.
